TCEB, by Meetings and Incentives Department, is pleased to announce our participation in Macau International Travel Expo (MITE) 2025, scheduled to take place in Macao from 25 to 27 April 2025. We cordially invite Thailand’s MICE suppliers to join us in showcasing their products and services at the Thailand Pavilion during this prominent trade event.
MITE is a regional international trade event that brings together tourism professionals from both the MICE and Leisure travel sectors. Held annually in Macau, China, the event serves as a dynamic platform to connect with international buyers, especially those from Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. Thailand’s participation in this event emphasizes our commitment to expanding our global presence in the international MICE marketplace. Additionally, as 2025 marks the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Thailand and China, our presence at MITE provides an excellent opportunity to strengthen partnerships, attract new buyers, and reinforce relationships with existing clients in the region.
In collaboration with the Macao Government Tourism Office and Macao Travel Agency Association, we are pleased to offer exhibit space for Thailand’s MICE suppliers to join us at this event free of charge. Together, we aim to create meaningful connections and foster long-term relationships in the international MICE marketplace.

Registration Details
No. of tables: 15 tables (first-come, first-served basis)
- Min. of 7 tables are reserved for hotels, if any.
- Min. of 8 tables are reserved for venues, DMCs, event organisers, and attractions, if any.
- Each organization is limited to 1 table, with a maximum of 2 participants per table.
Eligibility:
- MICE suppliers of all types of business across Thailand
- Participants are recommended to have a good command of Chinese
Registration Fee : Free of Charge
*Please note that registering to join Thailand Pavilion does NOT include pre-scheduled appointments (PSA). Participants who wish to have pre-scheduled meetings can purchase a PSA Diary directly from the MITE organizer for USD 525 per diary. Each diary includes 24 appointments over the two-day trade event. Important Notes
- Seats are limited as announced and strictly treated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- If there are more applicants than available seats, TCEB reserves the right to limit one seat per each hotel brand.
- Seats are reserved exclusively for promoting MICE products and services in Thailand. Promoting other destinations is not permitted.
- All applicants must complete the consent form allowing TCEB to use applicants’ personal data in organising the event. The consent form can be submitted after the registration form but no later than the application deadline. Your registration for the event will only be accepted once the consent form is completed and submitted.
