We are excited to announce that the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) will be participating in IMEX Frankfurt 2025, one of the world’s premier trade shows for the MICE industry. The event will take place in Frankfurt, Germany, from 20 – 22 May 2025.
IMEX Frankfurt brings together top-tier professionals from across the global MICE sector, including event planners, suppliers, destinations, and industry leaders. It serves as a prime platform for networking, knowledge exchange, and business opportunities. This is an invaluable opportunity to elevate Thailand’s MICE offerings on the global stage and strengthen our position as a leading destination for international meetings, incentives, and events. We are delighted to invite you to join us at the Thailand Pavilion as part of Team Thailand.

Eligibility: MICE suppliers of all types of businesses across Thailand on a first-come, first-served basis.
No. of tables: 13 Tables
(Min. of 3 tables are reserved for DMCs, event organisers, venues, and attractions, if any.)
🗒 Registration fee:
- Full table (Max. of 2 persons) THB 90,000 net/organisation
- Sharing Table (Max. of 1 person) THB 54,000 net/organisation
📅 Registration period: 10.00 hrs. on Thursday, 27 March 2025, till 16.00 hrs. on Friday, 28 March 2025.

‼️ Important Notes
- Seats are limited as announced and strictly treated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- If there are more applicants than available seats, TCEB reserves the right to limit one table per hotel brand.
- We reserve seats exclusively for promoting MICE products and services in Thailand. Promoting other destinations is not permitted.
- All applicants must complete the consent form, allowing TCEB to use applicants’ personal data in organizing the event. The consent form can be submitted after the registration form, but no later than the application deadline. Your registration for the event will only be accepted once the consent form is completed and submitted.
