TCEB’s Meetings and Incentives Department, would like to invite Thailand’s MICE suppliers to participate in the Thailand MICE Roadshow in China 2025, taking place consecutively in Beijing and Shenzhen on Tuesday, 1 April and Thursday, 3 April 2025.
Celebrating 50 years of Thailand-China diplomatic relations, this roadshow is a prime opportunity to expand networks, connect with key buyers, showcase Thailand’s latest MICE offerings, and strengthen business ties in this vital market. Registration Details
No. of tables: 25 tables / city (first-come, first-served basis)
- Min. of 10 tables are reserved for hotels, if any.
- Min. of 15 tables are reserved for venues, DMCs, event organisers, and attractions, if any.
Eligibility:
To ensure that the MICE products presented at the roadshow best fit the market, priority will be given to participants meeting the criteria below.
For Hotels and Venues:
- Must have a meeting room that can accommodate at least 500 people.
- Must be Thailand MICE Venue Standard (TMVS) certified.
- A good command of Chinese is required to ensure smooth communication.
For DMCs, Event Organisers and Attractions:
- Must have experience in handling Chinese MICE groups.
- A good command of Chinese is required to ensure smooth communication.
Registration Fee: THB 40,000 net per organisation per table for 2 cities
(2 participants per organisation)
Registration Period: 10.00 hrs. on Monday 3 March 2025 – 16.00 hrs. on Tuesday 4 March 2025
Important Notes
- Seats are limited as announced and strictly treated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- If there are more applicants than available seats, TCEB reserves the right to limit one seat per each hotel brand.
- Seats are reserved exclusively for promoting MICE products and services in Thailand. Promoting other destinations is not permitted.
- All applicants must complete the consent form allowing TCEB to use applicants’ personal data in organising the event. The consent form can be submitted after the registration form but no later than the application deadline. Your registration for the event will only be accepted once the consent form is completed and submitted.
