News from TCEB: Thailand MICE Roadshow in Taiwan 2025
Registration Opens at 10:00 hrs. on 10 April 2025
TCEB, by Meetings and Incentives Department, would like to invite Thailand’s MICE suppliers to participate in the “Thailand MICE Roadshow in Taiwan 2025” taking place in Taipei. Taiwan continues to be a key source market for Thailand’s MICE industry, with strong demand for both incentive travel and corporate meetings. This roadshow offers a valuable platform to connect with high-potential buyers from Taiwan, build lasting partnerships, and showcase Thailand’s latest MICE offerings, venues, and services.

Event: Thailand MICE Roadshow in Taiwan 2025
Format: Table-top session and networking function
Event Dates: Tuesday, 27 May 2025
Approx. no. of buyers: 25 – 30 MICE planners / agencies
*Remark: The programme and the buyer list will be shared with participants later.
Registration Details
No. of Tables: 15 tables (first-come, first-served basis)
- Min. of 3 tables are reserved for DMCs, event organisers, and attractions, if any.
Registration Fee: THB 20,000 net per organisation per table
(1 participant per organisation)
Registration Period:
10.00 hrs. on Thursday, 10 April 2025 – 16.00 hrs. on Friday, 11 April 2025
Important Notes
- Seats are limited as announced and strictly treated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Participants are recommended to have a good command of Chinese.
- If there are more applicants than available seats, TCEB reserves the right to limit one seat per each hotel brand.
- Seats are reserved exclusively for promoting MICE products and services in Thailand. Promoting other destinations is not permitted.
- All applicants must complete the consent form allowing TCEB to use applicants’ personal data in organising the event. The consent form can be submitted after the registration form but no later than the application deadline. Your registration for the event will only be accepted once the consent form is completed and submitted.
