TCEB, by the Meetings and Incentives Department, would like to invite Thailand’s MICE suppliers to participate in The Meetings Show Asia Pacific 2025 in Singapore.
Organized by the Northstar Travel Group, The Meetings Show Asia Pacific is a premier trade show that brings together event organizers and suppliers to connect, contract, and forge new partnerships within the global MICE industry. This marks the second consecutive year that TCEB will represent Thailand at this event, offering enhanced opportunities for Thai suppliers to expand their business reach.

Venue: Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Marina Bay Sands, Singapore
Registration Details
No. of Tables: 8 Tables (allocated on a first-come, first-served basis)
(Note: Min. of 2 tables are reserved for DMC, venue, attraction and event organizer, if applicable.)
Registration Fee: THB 55,000 net per organization per full table
(2 participants per organization)
In addition, TCEB will host an exclusive “Thailand Networking Dinner Reception” on Wednesday, 16 April 2025, offering Team Thailand a unique opportunity to connect with potential buyers and cultivate valuable relationships.

Important Notes
- Seats are limited as announced and strictly treated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- If there are more applicants than available seats, TCEB reserves the right to limit one table per hotel brand.
- We reserve seats exclusively for promoting MICE products and services in Thailand. Promoting other destinations is not permitted.
- All applicants must complete the consent form, allowing TCEB to use applicants’ personal data in organizing the event. The consent form can be submitted after the registration form, but no later than the application deadline. Your registration for the event will only be accepted once the consent form is completed and submitted.
